THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.1388 of 2010 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 6 in Crime No.27 of 2010 on the file of the Station House Officer, Vikarabad Police Station, Ranga Reddy District.

The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the State Government has withdrawn criminal cases registered during Telangana agitation period.

In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
