Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V. Satyam Reddy for respondent No.1.

When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner submitted representation on 01.05.2017 to the 1st respondent and despite lapse of considerable length of time, no action has been taken by the 1st respondent. He therefore requests this Court to direct the 1st respondent to take appropriate action on the said representation within a timeframe.

Since the only request of the petitioner is to direct the respondents to take action on his representation, the writ petition is disposed of, without going into the merits of the matter, directing the 1st respondent to take appropriate action on the representation, dated 01.05.2017, said to have been made by the petitioner in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders.
