This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "to issue Writ of Mandamus or any appropriate Writ, order or direction declaring the proposed action of the respondents in demolishing the structures made by the petitioner in her own property in an extent of land measuring 142 sq. yards situated at Ward No.3, bearing Door No.4-311, (changing the earlier Door No.3-100), with assessment No.1976, Ramanaiahpeta Village, Kakinada Rural, East Godavari District, without following due process of law, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and for a consequential order directing the respondents not to demolish the structures made by the petitioner in the above schedule property without following due process of law."

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court by order dated 10.08.2009 granted interim direction and in view of the said interim order, no further orders need be passed in the present writ petition. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
