HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL WP MPNo.2840 of 2016 & Writ Petition No.27615 of 2005 ORDER:

Sri M.Sudheer Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri P. Sridhar Rao, learned counsel for R.3 to R.5, Sri P.Vinay, authorized signatory of petitioner-Firm and Respondents 3 to 5 are present. Heard both sides. Perused the record.

2. The petitioner and R.3 to R.5 filed a joint petition in WP MP No.2840 of 2016 stating that the matter has been compromised out of the court and a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- is paid to Respondents 3 to 5 by way of demand draft towards full and final settlement of all the claims of the deceased employee, by name I.S.R.K.Raju. The original demand draft bearing No.32225897 dated 25.01.2016 drawn on Union Bank, Secunderabad, for a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- has been handed over to the 3rd respondent in the court.

3. The compromise is recorded. Accordingly, WP MP No.2840 of 2016 is allowed and the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the compromise. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
