HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.8571 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the order in ID No.163 of 2000 dated 31.7.2001 on the file of the Industrial Tribunal-II, Hyderabad-1st respondent in so far as not granting any relief to petitioner, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and consequently to quash the same by granting reinstatement with continuity of service, attendant benefits and back wages to petitioner.

When the matter has come up for hearing on 01.12.2015, there was no representation and the matter was posted to this day under the caption of dismissal. Today, when the matter has come up for hearing, Sri G. Ravi Mohan, advocate for petitioner represented that he has no instructions from the petitioner.

Nobody represents the petitioner. It seems that petitioner is not interested to prosecute this case.
