The case of the petitioners is that they filed a representation dated 03.12.2016 before the respondent authorities for grant of assignment pattas in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.0.35 cents to petitioners 1 to 3 each and Ac.0.45 cents to the 4th petitioner, situated in Sy.No.435/3 of Kanumolu Revenue Village, Bapulapadu Mandal, Krishna District. As no orders are passed in the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. Since it is stated that the representation filed by the petitioners is pending before the respondent authorities, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law.
