THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Writ Petition No.14368 of 2011 ORDER:

The learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive and that, therefore, the petitioner is advised to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to institute a fresh proceeding, if necessary. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the writ petitioner to institute a fresh proceeding, which the law permits. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
