O R D E R
The case of the petitioner is that he filed Revision on 30.08.2016 before the 2nd respondent against the order No.D.Dis/4387/15 dated 21.06.2016, passed by the 3rd respondent. As no orders are passed by the 2nd respondent so far on the Revision filed by the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
Since the Revision filed by the petitioner is stated to be pending before the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
