This Civil Revision Petition is directed against order in I.A.No. 325 of 2012 in OS.No. 102 of 2004 passed by Junior Civil Judge, Kalwakurthy, dated 03/07/2014.

2. Through the order impugned, the trial court with right reasons declined to condone the delay of 920 days in setting aside the ex-parte decree dated 31/03/2010.

3. I have perused the material available on record.

4. I do not see any illegality or error of jurisdiction in the order impugned.

5. Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. It is made clear that the dismissal of Civil Revision Petition does not amount to expressing any opinion on the other options the Revision Petitioner has in this behalf.
