THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO ELECTION PETITION NO.22 OF 2014 ORDER:

This Election Petition is filed challenging the election of the 1st respondent, who was declared as elected to the 66-Charminar Assembly Constituency.

When the matter is pending, sole petitioner died on 01-01-2015 and to that effect, death certificate is filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of death of the sole petitioner, the election petition abates.

Accordingly, the Election Petition is dismissed as abated. No order as to costs.

5.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this election petition shall stand closed.
