Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent events, the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take appropriate fresh legal proceedings. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
