This revision, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ defendant No.6 aggrieved by the order dated 25.09.2018 passed in I.A.No.800 of 2018 in O.S.No.1213 of 2012 by the VII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner and perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that though the revision petitioner/ defendant No.6 filed written statement along with counter in the said I.A. long back, that was not taken on record. The said fact was brought to the notice of the Court below through I.A.No.800 of 2018. However, the Court below was pleased to dismiss the said application vide impugned order dated 25.09.2018 and ultimately the suit was decreed. 4.

Whether the written statement was filed as contended by the revision petitioner or not and whether it was required to be taken by the Court below on record, can be urged and determined after due trial.

Under these circumstances, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
