The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the cause in the writ petition does not survive, for the petitioner has already vacated the demised premises and handed over possession to the Railway authorities. The writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
