Since the order impugned passed by the 2nd respondent in rejecting the quarry lease application of the petitioner is appealable, the Writ Petition is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal under the relevant rules. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
