THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CRIMINAL REVISION CASES No. 607, 608, 609, 610, 618, 619, 290 and 292 of 2015 COMMON ORDER :

All the parties are present.

It is represented by both the learned counsel that in terms of the Memo filed before this Court, both the parties have settled outside the Court, hence, the Revision Cases may be closed by setting aside the order passed by the learned VI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge at Secunderabad.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties in terms of Section 147 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, the sentence imposed against the petitioner is set aside and the Criminal Revision Cases are accordingly, closed. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
