The fact of the matter remains that the person, who was allegedly in illegal detention, was arrested. He is the second accused in Crime No.108 of 2019 of Shamshabad Police Station, Cyberabad. He has been produced before the jurisdictional judicial authority and remanded to judicial custody. 3.

We record the submissions.

Leaving open all eligibility of the accused person to seek reliefs, as may be necessary, from appropriate Criminal Court, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
