THE HON'BLE MR JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE MR JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 113 of 2003 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Mr. Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the sole petitioner died in 2011. He further submits that on instructions he had filed application for bringing the legal representatives on record and the same was rejected since death certificate of the petitioner was not placed on record.

In view thereof, we have no option but to dismiss the writ petition as abated. Order accordingly.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. No costs.
