Petitioner, who is the accused in Cr.No.154 of 2016 of Sullurpet Police Station, S.P.S.R. Nellore District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 366-A IPC filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded. 3.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition shall stand closed.
