HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6406 of 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition, under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is filed by the petitioner-Accused seeking grant of anticipatory bail in connection with crime No.68 of 2015 on the file of Arukuvally Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 417 and 420 IPC. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed by the learned Public Prosecutor that the petitioner was arrested. In view of the above, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
