HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CMA.MP.No.988 of 2015 IN CMA.No.124 of 2016 ORDER :

CMA MP.No.988 of 2015 is filed to grant leave to the petitioner to file appeal against the e x parte ad-interim injunction orders granted in I.A.No.323 of 2015 in O.S.No.61 of 2015, dated 27.04.2015 on the file of the XXVII Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that though petitioner filed implead petition in the suit, the same is not being taken up and sought to issue direction to the Court below to dispose of the implead petition along with injunction petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, leave is granted and CMASR is disposed of directing the Court below to dispose of Interlocutory Application for impleadment and also main injunction petition i.e., I.A.No.323 of 2015 in O.S.No.61 of 2015, in accordance with law.

With the above direction, CMASR No.21824 of 2015 itself is disposed of at the stage of admission.
