The grievance of the petitioners in this Civil Revision Petition is that, though the petitioners have filed counter affidavit in I.A.No.309 of 2018 in O.S.No.77 of 2018 on 21.06.2018 and also filed written arguments on 23.11.2018, the said I.A.No.309 of 2018 is not being disposed of by the Court below.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/defendants. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the learned XII Additional District Judge, Vikarabad, Ranga Reddy District, to decide I.A.No.309 of 2018 in O.S.No.77 of 2018 pending on its file, after hearing both sides, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
