This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crime No.363 of 2015 of Hayathnagar Police Station, Cyberabad. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the police investigated into the matter and filed the charge sheet. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this petition.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
