When the matter is taken up it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Irrigation and CAD that the respondents have paid the amounts in terms of the orders of this Court and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Recording the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
