HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.10608 of 2009 ORDER:

The petitioners claim that they are the pattedars of the agriculture land to an extent of Ac.13.10 guntas in Sy.No.376 situated in Attapur village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. When the revenue authorities tried to interfere with their possession on the ground that there are graveyards in the land in Sy.No.377, the petitioners filed W.P.No.9850 of 2009 and obtained an interim order in W.P.M.P.No.12785 of 2009 on 20.05.2009. While so, when the 3rd respondent after having received the copy of the said order, directed the 2nd respondent to take further action and when the 2nd respondent visited the land on 22.05.2009, the present writ petition was filed.

This Court by order dated 28.05.2009 directed the respondents not to interfere with the petitioners land situated in Sy.No.376 of Attapur village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District pending disposal of the writ petition.

Even after seven years, no counter-affidavit is filed by the respondents.

In view of the claim of the petitioners as aforesaid, the respondents are directed not to interfere with the possession of the land of the petitioners except in accordance with law.
