ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to prosecute on the grievance regarding withholding of the salaries of the petitioners for more than five months.

2. Permission is granted.

3. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to prosecute separately regarding nonpayment of salaries. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
