In view of the letter dated 07.07.2017 filed by the learned counsel for the 2nd petitioner before the Registry, stating that petitioners 1, 3 and 4 have already withdrawn the writ petition, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition to the extent of the 2nd petitioner also and thus permission for withdrawal is accorded.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
