There is no cause of action for moving the present Writ Petition, as the petitioner is only one of the tenderers and the tenders are not yet finalised. On the allegation of the petitioner that the tenders are likely to be awarded to the 6th respondent, the Writ Petition cannot be entertained.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
