HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4923 of 2014 ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/accused No.2 under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings in Crime No.616 of 2012 of Patamata, Vijayawada City, Krishna district registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 of I.P.C.

2) It is represented by the learned Public Prosecutor that the parties compromised in the above crime and the compromise was recorded before the Lok Adalat as prelitigation case and the present proceedings sought for against the F.I.R no way survives and as such the petition becomes infructuous.

3) In the result, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.

4) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
