Sri M.Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, informed this Court that this writ petition was filed against the order of suspension which was thereafter superseded by an order of cancellation. Learned counsel would therefore state that the cause in the writ petition no longer survives for consideration on merits.
