Sri N.V.R. Amarnath, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum. Permission is accorded.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall also stand dismissed.
