SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1698 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused No.1 seeking for relaxation of the condition, which was imposed while granting bail to him in Crl.M.P. No.4145 of 2017 in Crime No.466 of 2017, by the V Additional District Judge-cum-Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge at L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad on 11.10.2017; the condition being that the petitioner has to attend before the Station House Officer, Raidurgam Police Station, on every Sunday between 09:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. until further orders. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State, and perused the record. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner now submits that the petitioner has been complying with the said condition since the date of its imposition without any default.

Learned Public Prosecutor does not refute the said submission of the petitioner's counsel.

Hence, considering the above and the nature of offence, this Criminal Petition is allowed. Accordingly, the condition, to the extent of directing the petitioner/accused No.1 to attend before the Station House Officer, Raidurgam Police Station, on every Sunday between 09:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. until further orders, is relaxed.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
