CVNR, J & GSP, J C.M.A.No.22 of 2009 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against order, dated 02.12.2008, in I.A.No.805 of 2007 in O.S.No.270 of 2005 on the file of the IV Additional District & Sessions Judge, Guntur, whereby the attachment effected earlier was made absolute.

The Registry has circulated a note wherein it is stated that the District Judge, Guntur, has telephonically informed it that O.S.No.270 of 2005 itself was disposed of by the lower Court on 29.07.2009.

With the disposal of the suit, the present appeal, filed against the interlocutory order passed pending the suit, has become infructuous.

Learned counsel for the appellant has also fairly conceded the same.

In the light of the above, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
