.....Respondent Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of "Writ of Certiorari" calling for the records relating and concerned with the order dated:19.06.2015 in OA.No.999/2015 on the file of APAT and to quash or set aside the same by holding as erroneous and contrary to law. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of GP for Services (TG) for the Petitioners and Sri P.V. Krishnaiah, Advocate for Respondent No.1, the Court made the following ORDER:

Learned counsel for the respondent employee has brought to our notice that the respondent has suffered a major set-back to her health,

requiring surgical intervention. He has also produced certain material from the Department of Cardiology, Yashoda Hospitals. We therefore, suggest the Director of School Education to examine the representation of the employee once again, keeping in view the recent medical history of the employee and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as is possible, preferably within 10 days from the date of receipt of such a representation.

Post this Writ Petition after two weeks.
