It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that lis in the writ petition is covered by order dated 13-03-2014 in WP.No.6430 and 6475 of 2014. The same is not disputed by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the same, following the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
