JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This criminal appeal arises out of judgment dt.28.7.2010 in S.C. No.582 of 2009 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Adilabad District, whereby the appellant was convicted for the offence under Section 302 IPC and sentenced to suffer life imprisonment. At the hearing, Mr. C. Pratap Reddy, learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana, on instructions submitted that the appellant was released from jail on being given remission. In the light of the above submission, adjudication of the criminal appeal on merits is unnecessary and the criminal appeal is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
