ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Koteswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-Cantonment Board submits that respondents 2 and 3 are not taking up any construction activity on the subject land in Sy.No.37 admeasuring 2370 square yards, which is claimed by the petitioner, and the construction is going on only within sanctioned lay out dated 31.12.1974, which is also placed on record.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
