THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE G. ANUPAMA CHAKRAVARTHY I.A.No.1 of 2023 IN/AND CRIMINAL REVISION CASE Nos.95 and 555 of 2022 COMMON JUDGMENT :

The matters were referred to High Court Legal Services Committee for identifying the parties and for recording the compromise between the parties.

Basing on the directions, the Secretary, Legal Services Committee has identified both the parties and recorded the compromise. Memorandum of compromise is also taken on record.

In view of the above, the criminal revision cases are disposed of setting aside the conviction imposed against the revision petitioners in both the matters, in terms of the memorandum of compromise, however, on payment of Rs. 2,500/- (rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred) to Sainik Welfare Fund on or before 20.02.2023, to bring the compromise into effect.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
