The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition by granting liberty to avail the remedies available under law, if there is any fresh notification. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, by granting liberty, as prayed for. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
