This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 & 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") by the petitioners - accused Nos.13 and 23 to 26 seeking to release them on regular bail in Crime No.60 of 2024 on the file of the Station House Officer, Mokila Police station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324, 143, 147 and 148 read with Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short, 'IPC'). 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were arrested on 14.02.2024 in relation to the above crime and some of the accused persons i.e. accused Nos.1 to 11 and 14 to 22 were granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide Criminal Petition No.1980 of 2024 dated 22.02.2024. The petitioners also stands on the same footing as that of those accused and prayed to enlarge the petitioners on bail.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed grant of bail to the petitioners.

Perused the record.

Considering that on consideration of all the aspects of the case, this Court granted anticipatory bail to accused Nos.1 to 11 and 14 to 22 and these accused persons also stand on the same footing as that of the other accused, it is considered a fit case to enlarge them on bail in the present case on certain conditions. 7.

In the result, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioners - accused Nos.13 and 23 to 26 shall be released on regular bail subject to the following conditions: i) The petitioners - accused Nos.13 and 23 to 26 shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate at Chevella.

ii) The petitioners - accused Nos.13 and 23 to 26 shall abide by the conditions stipulated in Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
