This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the revision petitioners/ defendant Nos.1 to 3 aggrieved by the order, dated 29.12.2018, passed in I.A.No.301 of 2017 in O.S.No.88 of 2017 by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Mahabubabad, wherein the Court below has directed the revision petitioners/ defendant Nos.1 to 3 and respondent No.2/ defendant No.4 to deposit monthly rents in the bank account of respondent No.1/ plaintiff bearing No.23471000001401 of HDFC Bank, Mahabubabad. 2 .

Heard both sides. Perused the record.

Admittedly, there is no dispute with regard to the jural relationship between the parties to the litigation. The subject Suit is filed by respondent No.1/ plaintiff against the revision petitioners/ defendant Nos.1 to 3 and respondent No.2/ defendant No.4 for eviction, recovery of arrears of rent and future damages. During pendency of the subject Suit, the subject application is filed by respondent No.1/ plaintiff to direct the revision petitioners/ defendant Nos.1 to 3 and respondent No.2/ defendant No.4 to deposit monthly rents payable to him. The Court below, after considering the material available on record, vide the impugned order, dated 29.12.2018, directed the revision petitioners/ defendant Nos.1 to 3 and respondent No.2/ defendant No.4 to deposit the monthly rents in the account

of respondent No.1/ plaintiff bearing No.23471000001401 of HDFC Bank, Mahabubabad. No infirmity is found in the impugned order. There is nothing to take a different view. The Civil Revision Petition is devoid of merit.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
