HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Contempt Case No. 448 of 2016 Order:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order passed in W.P.M.P.No.30360 of 2015 in W.P.No.23427 of 2015 dated 30.07.2015.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the respondent produced before this Court a copy of the order dated 23.11.2015 rejecting the request of the petitioner. But, since the main Writ Petition is pending, this Court is inclined to consider the validity of the impugned order in the pending Writ Petition and liberty is given to the petitioner to agitate his rights in the pending Writ Petition. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
