This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 21.11.2016 passed in O.S G.R.No.9825 of 2016 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to her under law. Permission is granted. 3.
