THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION NO.16332 of 2016 ORDER:

Sri E.V.V.S. Ravi Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief claimed in the writ petition becomes infructuous on account of the fact that the auction was conducted but it was not finalized. Further submits that subsequently another auction notice has been issued. In that view of the matter, the relief claimed by the petitioner becomes infructuous and no relief can be claimed in the present writ petition.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach this Court if he is aggrieved with the subject matter in future.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
