HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION NO.1740 OF 2020 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of proceedings in C.C.No.397 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Siricilla. Though the present Criminal Petition is filed seeking quashing of the entire proceedings, learned counsel for the petitioner/accused restricts his prayer seeking speedy disposal of the above said C.C., as the said case pertains to the year 2011. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Siricilla, to dispose of C.C.No.397 of 2011, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (4) months from today, without giving any unnecessary adjournments.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
