This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ A.2 to quash the proceedings in P.R.C.No.2 of 2015 on the file of the XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ A.2, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing respondent No.1/ State and perused the record.

It has been contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner/ A.2 that there are no material allegations to constitute the offences punishable under Sections 307 of IPC and 25(1)(B) of Arms Act read with 34 of IPC.

This petition is filed at PRC stage. It is open to putforth his case when hearing is contemplated before charges are framed. 5.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
