When the matter was called on 06.02.2018, there was no representation for the appellant. Therefore, the Registry was directed to list the present appeal under the caption 'for dismissal'. Thereafter, on 08.02.2018 and 15.02.2018, at the request of learned counsel for the appellant, the matter was adjourned.

Today also, there is no representation for the appellant. Hence, the present appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
