Ravichander, learned senior counsel, furnished copy of the resolution of the Bar Council of India dated 15.03.2025 wherein it is stated the State Bar Council has not provided full details of dispatch and receipt of verification of documents, along with confirmation from educational institutions regarding the authenticity of qualification of the advocates. The State Bar Council is required to complete the verification process and submit documentary proof including exact number of degrees sent for verification, certified responses received from universities confirming the validity of advocates degrees and clarifications on the discrepancies in the reported verification figures. The State Bar Council was asked to submit clarifications and updated records on or before 31.03.2025.

Mr. G.M. Mohiuddin, learned standing counsel for Bar Council of Telangana, submitted that on receipt of letter from the Bar Council of India necessary action is being taken by the State Bar Council and all the discrepancies and clarifications would be sorted out

before 31.03.2025 and requested the matter to be taken up in the first week of April.
