THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD CONTEMPT CASE No.358 of 2019 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order dated 23.03.2018 in W.P.No.19451 of 2007. 2.

This Court disposed of W.P.No.19451 of 2007 on 23.03.2018 directing the respondents to decide the subject matter on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 3.

Mr.Samrat Ashok, Deputy Commissioner, GHMC, Kukatpally Circle, Hyderabad, is present in the Court today. 4.

Sri S.P.Raja Sripathi Rao, learned counsel for the first respondent and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned counsel for the second respondent, submit that in compliance of the order of this Court in W.P.No.19451 of 2007, the second respondent passed an order on 07.06.2019 and the same was communicated to the petitioner.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
