THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CONTEMPT CASE No.1497 OF 2013 ORDER:

Mrs V. Himabindu, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/contemnor submits that the order of this Court in W.P.No.18160 of 2000, dated 21.10.2011 has been complied with, which is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. In view of the compliance, I hereby discharge the respondents/contemnors from the contempt proceedings.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
