The prayer of the petitioner in this case reads as under: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents particularly the 4th respondent herein in not mutating the concerned revenue records by way of incorporating the name of the petitioner and not issuing the ePattadar Passbooks and title deeds in respect of his half share over land under sy nos 320 Ac 1505 Gts 321 Ac 1417 Gts 310 Ac 121 Gts 311 Ac 20 I Gts 312 Ac 221 Gts 313 Ac 211 Gts 335 Ac 234 Gts 315 Ac 113 Gts 316 Ac 202 Gts 317 Ac 136 Gts 318 Ac 132 Gts and 319 Ac 007 Gts situated at Adibatla Village Ibrahimpatnam Mandal Ranga Reddy District on his application dated 07 01 2019 as illegal arbitrary unjust unconstitutional and in violation of principles of natural justice and also contrary to the provisions of Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act 1971 and consequently direct the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 07 01 2019 for mutation in respect of the subject property after following the procedure strictly in accordance with law and pass such other relief or reliefs as this Honble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Perusal of the record reflects that the petitioner submitted an application in the prescribed format in Form VI (A) as required by Section 4 of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, read with Rule 18 (2) of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Rules, 1989.

Having received such an application, it is not open to the Tahsildar, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, to remain somnolent. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, to take appropriate action on the petitioner's application expeditiously and in any event, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be it from whatever source.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
